Quick and Easy Nighttime Skin Care Routine

 

Fractionated Coconut Oil:

One of the best products to add to your nighttime skin care routine is Fractionated Coconut Oil. It can be used in so many different ways.

One of our favorite ways to use this oil at night is as a makeup remover. All you have to do is put a drop of oil on a cotton pad and rub on the areas of your face that have makeup residue.

Fractionated Coconut Oil is one of the best natural moisturizers for your skin! After washing your face, add a small amount into your hand and rub evenly into your face and neck. It’s non-greasy and absorbs right into your skin so you don’t have to worry about staining your sheets at night!

Another way to add Fractionated Coconut Oil into your routine is by giving your hair an overnight mask. Simply pour the oil into your hands and then work it through your hair. Keep repeating until the product is evenly spread throughout. To prevent a mess wrap your hair in a head wrap and let it sit overnight. In the morning you can proceed with your normal routine – all you have to do is wash it out with shampoo when you shower!

Indian Healing Clay:

You can use the Indian Healing Clay to do a face mask before you go to bed at night. It is a quick and easy way to have your skin feeling smooth and healthy. Simply make a paste of Bentonite and water and apply on your face as a mask. You can repeat this procedure twice a week and leave for 20 minutes before you wash off.

You can also use the clay in your bath at night to detox after a long day. Just add about ¼ cup of Bentonite clay to warm water.

Lemon Oil:

Just by inhaling our Lemon Essential Oil at night, you’ll enjoy stimulating, and calming influence in your mind. This routine will also help you relax your nerves and relieve stress.

Lemon Oil can also be used as a natural toner for your skin. If you want to reduce the amount of sebum (oily or waxy substances), produced by the sebaceous gland; then our Pure Lemon Essential Oil is a right choice. Simply mix 1/2 cup of water + 1/2 cup of witch hazel + 40 drops of lemon oil, and apply gently on your skin at night. Do this once or twice a week, and you will be amazed at the result you will get.

Aloe Vera Gel:

This is another of our product that can be easily used at night and you can even leave it overnight on your face. All you have to do is pump a small amount into your palms and then spread evenly over your face. By using Aloe Vera Gel you will reduce any irritation or inflammations on your skin.
